Chadwick Pendley is a recognized expert when it comes to the art of creating beautiful hair. His innate approach to hairstyling is solidly rooted in his precision cutting expertise and rich knowledge of state-of-the-art styling skills for all types of hair, from stick straight to uncontrollably curly. He constantly pushes the boundaries of his art.
Chadwick is highly skilled in unique techniques that are special to curly hair. He initially trained as a Ouidad certified stylist at the Manhattan Ouidad Salon. His trainer was the founder and owner Ouidad herself, who is an internationally recognized stylist and known as the pioneer of the curly hair industry.

Chadwick’s superb training in Ouidad’s trademarked cutting and styling techniques have enabled him to become Master Artistic Educator for the company. He is also able to travel to NYC and LA flagship salons to inspire, train, educate, and certify other stylists using the Ouidad Certification Process.

As an Ouidad certified stylist, Igor is highly knowledgeable about the sculpture of curly hair. He also travels to Goldwell’s Academies in New York, Los Angeles, and Baltimore to continually learn more and raise the bar of his coloring skills. Goldwell is the world’s premier maker of color products for professionals, remaining in the new color technology vanguard. As a Goldwell technical artist, Igor stays at the forefront of state-of-the-art coloring techniques. He then travels across the U.S. to teach other stylists about the many variances and hues of color. Additionally, he shows them how to achieve precise results depending on an individual client’s hair texture, color, and shape.

During her childhood, Natalie had a hard time figuring out her hair. She would straighten it, brush it when it was dry, and try to slick it back, doing anything to “tame” her wild curls. It was a constant battle dealing with her curls in a world full of a strict beauty standards. Growing up, her favorite Disney princesses such as Ariel, the little mermaid and Jasmine from Aladdin didn’t have curly hair like hers. The girls in the movies had perfect bone-straight hair so did all of the pop stars at the time. She had no curly-haired role models in modern media to inspire her and influence her to live in her natural hair. It wasn’t until she came to Ouidad and got a curly-cut when she started embracing her beautiful curls. With the help of curl experts, she was able to accept and understand her hair. That is how she found her passion. Natalie is now a stylist at Ouidad who is on a mission to help clients feel beautiful in their own skin. She wants to be the person she needed growing up. She makes sure to deliver custom curly cuts to fit your needs as well as desires. Her main priority is to make whoever sits in her chair feel special. She is also driven to educate her clients on products and how to style their hair at home based off of their desired look, so they can feel their best all the time, not just when you’re in her chair.

Rebecca is a south Florida native with a Caribbean background and a curly girl herself. She had the desire to learn and understand her own curly hair, and once she did, as stated earlier, she made it her mission to learn about all curly hair types in order to help others in the curly hair community gain confidence and start their own curly hair journey. Her goal is to help you learn the proper technique on how to style your curls and to help you make the correct decisions when it comes to product selection.
